Dana has over 20 years of experience litigating for individuals and businesses in a substantial array of cases covering diverse areas of the law. Dana’s practice encompasses all aspects of civil litigation and appellate work. Her areas of expertise include intellectual property, entertainment, real estate, employment, personal injury, fair debt collection, and a variety of complex business disputes.

Dana blends hands-on case management with insightful long-term strategizing to achieve her clients’ specific and unique goals. Her precise communication skills and close attention to detail have established her as a top-notch legal writer, generating a wide range of compelling motions and briefs that include several successful dispositive motions and successful appellate briefs to the California and United States Courts of Appeal. Additionally, Dana has successfully represented clients in numerous civil jury trials, as well as complex binding arbitrations and mediations. She has also negotiated very favorable case settlements for her satisfied clients.

Dana received her Bachelor of Arts from University of California at Los Angeles in 1988. She later received her Juris Doctorate from University of Southern California in 1993. Dana also attained a Master of Arts Degree in International Relations.

Dana is admitted to practice in all California State Courts, the United States District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
